Design, materials & build quality

The GT-50 is the affordable tripod that doesn't look affordable. Brushed AISI 304 stainless-steel housing resists fingerprints and looks premium for years. Hardened steel arms stay straight after years of public use. Anti-fingerprint surface treatment minimises cleaning effort. Reinforced internal frame ensures the housing keeps its shape under heavy use. RAL powder-coat finish available for projects requiring custom colours.

Customisation & branding

Even an entry-level tripod can carry your brand. Custom RAL colours for the head and base across the entire RAL palette. Brand-customised top plate with your logo etched or printed. Configurable LED feedback in your brand colour scheme. Custom warning decals in your language and corporate font. Bridge-frame variants available for paired-lane installations with reader on each side.

Integration & access control

GT-50 plugs into whatever access stack you already run — and adapts as your stack changes. Open hardware interface: dry contact and RS485 outputs as standard. Reader-agnostic mount: Mifare, EM 125 kHz, BLE, QR or biometric readers in any combination. Pre-built integrations with leading Nordic gym-management platforms. Fire-alarm integration for fail-safe drop-arm operation during evacuation. Plug-and-play installation: a single technician can commission GT-50 in under one shift.

Operating environment & durability

The GT-50 is designed to keep working in cold, humid, dusty Nordic entrances. IP54 protection handles wet floors, spilt drinks and aggressive cleaning chemicals. Operating temperature -20 °C to +60 °C; suitable for unheated entrances and cold lobbies. Sealed bearings and electronics enclosure protect from dust and condensation. Vibration- and impact-tested for daily contact with bags and luggage. Corrosion-resistant 304 stainless withstands sweat, salt and humidity.

Reliability, service life & support

The GT-50 is the model that pays itself back twice — once in saved staff hours, once in avoided service calls. 5 million-cycle mechanical service life — over a decade in a busy 24/7 club. 2-year manufacturer warranty as standard, extendable to 5 years with a Gatech service contract. Remote diagnostics: technicians can read fault codes and reset the controller without site visits. Spare-parts stock in our European warehouse with next-day delivery across the Nordics. Field-engineer training available for facility teams that prefer in-house Tier-1 service.
