Glass-wing logo printing with UV-resistant ceramic inks: place your logo, slogan or graphic directly on the wing for permanent visibility. Unlimited RAL colour options — pylons can be matched to your interior, your brand book or your franchise colours. Configurable LED light schemes: run brand colours by day, club mode in the evening and welcoming amber overnight. Premium top-cover finishes: brushed steel, RAL, real granite or a clean tempered-glass cap — each turns the gate into a design feature. Custom pylon labels and warning pictograms in your brand voice and language, supplied as standard.
Integration & access control
The GT-70 plugs into whatever ecosystem you already run — and stays compatible as your stack evolves. Open hardware interface: dry contact, RS485 and Wiegand 26/34 outputs, plus optional TCP/IP and OSDP modules. Reader-agnostic: mount Mifare, EM 125 kHz, Bluetooth Low Energy, QR and biometric (fingerprint, face) readers in any combination. Gym-management ready: certified integrations with major club-management platforms used in the Nordic and EU markets. Fire-alarm integration: the wings open automatically and remain open for safe egress until the alarm is reset. Open API and event streaming for analytics, occupancy reporting and integration with corporate single sign-on.
Operating environment & durability
The GT-70 is engineered to keep working at 06:00 in January and 14:00 in July — without a service call. IP54 standard / IP65 outdoor: rain, snow, dust and aggressive cleaning chemicals are all designed in. Operating temperature -20 °C to +55 °C, with an optional integrated heater extending the range down to -50 °C for the harshest sub-Arctic sites. Vibration- and impact-tested chassis survives the daily abuse of bags, suitcases, scooters and shopping trolleys. Sealed electronics compartment protects the controller from dust ingress and condensation. UV-stable powder coat keeps painted pylons from fading even in direct sunlight.
Reliability, service life & support

The GT-70 is engineered, manufactured and supported with that single number in mind. 10 million-cycle mechanical service life — well over a decade of continuous use in a 24/7 fitness club. 2-year manufacturer warranty as standard, extendable up to 5 years with a Gatech service contract. Remote diagnostics: our technicians can read fault codes, run self-tests and reset the controller without a site visit. Spare-parts availability: critical components stocked in our European warehouse, with next-day delivery across the Nordics. Field-engineer training available for facility teams that want to handle Tier-1 service in-house.
