Results
The unmanned night shift stopped leaking memberships. Where the previous setup let one paying member sneak a friend through, the rotor geometry now allows only one body per credential — no debate, no false reads, no exceptions. The club kept the tight footprint of its existing lobby and gained a fire-alarm-compliant emergency release. Free riders disappeared overnight, and the recovered membership revenue covers the install many times over the 5-million-cycle service life.
