Three-rotor sector geometry physically allows only one person at a time — tailgating is engineered out, not just detected. 2.3 m height frame in AISI 304 with electrostatic powder coating — built to be the perimeter, not just stand on it. Electromechanical or motorised drive with sealed bearings — 10 million-cycle service life. Modular controller with diagnostic LEDs and on-board logging. Single, twin or three-lane configurations scale with site traffic.

Tailgating physically impossible by design — no algorithm, no sensors, no false negatives. Climb-over deterrent height at 2.3 m and dome roof option. Anti-passback support built into the controller. Tamper detection on housing and rotor lock. Bidirectional control with separate entry and exit logging per credential.
User experience & flow
20–25 people/min per direction — sufficient for stadium and depot peak loads when paired in twin lanes. 600 mm passage width comfortable for adults with bags. LED arrows on top of frame show direction and access status. Optional voice prompts guide first-time visitors at unmanned sites. Smooth motorised rotation (motorised version) makes the gate easier on tired members at the end of a long shift.
