Gatech Entry works seamlessly with QR codes, Bluetooth, NFC, RFID and PIN — and any combination of them. The customer gets the freedom to choose the most suitable way to use the door for their members, operations and budget.
Fast connection to customer management
One of our biggest strengths is the ability to connect membership and access rights in practical real time. A customer signs up and instantly receives access to the chosen facilities. Access rights can be limited by location, time of day, membership tier or single-visit allowance. Integration works with any ERP or CRM system, often without any other system vendor in the loop. Linking customer management to access control is routine work for us.
Access rules that fit your structure
Gatech Entry adapts to your organisational structure, not the other way around. Different customer groups can be granted access to different facilities — for example gym and pool combined, or each one separately. Access rights can be restricted by time of day, so morning and evening visitors each get their own profiles. Memberships can bundle different entitlements, such as a monthly gym pass plus ten pool visits in the same package.
Logs, transparency and security
Log data provides transparency and security. Card misuse and suspicious swipes in a short period are surfaced automatically — so operations can act before a small anomaly becomes a real problem.
Multi-site operations with tiered administration
For multi-site operators, a tiered administration model is available: central management sees every location, while on-site staff see only their own location's view. The right level of visibility for each role, without compromising chain-wide oversight.
